This was normally a Half-Life: Source screenshot which is only edited. All I did is make a screenshot, open the screenshot with Macromedia Flash 8, and edit the screenshot.
New pictures just never load for me.

No, just put the madness guy into photoshop, select his colors, Shade them with burn and dodge tools, then Filter - Render -Difference clouds. 3d.
