its static, its nothing new, try animating somthing from different prespectives, its a harder work but it'l look 10 times better.
Try not to use the same symbols for evrything, alot of flash animators suffer from this including myself lol, but adding in a couple more drawings with give it so much more life.
And why copy madness when you can create your own character, in your own style and have everything be yours, if you can't draw theres no better time than now to pick up a pencil and buy a sketch book =)
